International Student Airport Shuttle Request Form

Congratulations, the day you start your new journey at Ohio Northern is drawing near! Please use this form to provide ONU administrators with your arrival information at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) so that we can ensure a shuttle is there to pick you up and drive you to beautiful Ada, Ohio. There is no cost to any international student's arrival shuttle to campus for orientation. However, any shuttle arrangements outside of the pre-scheduled dates are subject to a different fee structure. If you have any questions concerning the University shuttle service, please contact the McIntosh Center at mcintosh@onu.edu. The shuttle pick-up date for Fall Semester 2025 is Thursday, August 14. We will offer two pick-up times (1 p.m. and 7 p.m.) so we recommend that you arrange for flights arriving at DTW between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to ensure you have enough time to get through customs if you are flying directly into DTW.
